Black Beard Sports is a locally owned adventure sports outfitter established in 2006 on the island of Vieques, Puerto Rico. We specialize in human-powered ocean adventures, offering unforgettable experiences through snorkeling, kayaking, scuba diving, and paddle sports in some of the island’s most pristine natural environments.

We are proud to be a PADI 5 Star IDC Dive Center and a trusted provider of high-quality sporting equipment, apparel, and accessories. Our team is made up of experienced local guides who know Vieques inside and out and are passionate about sharing the island responsibly.

Black Beard Sports is fully permitted and insured in Vieques, operating in compliance with all local and territorial regulations. Safety, professionalism, and environmental stewardship are at the core of everything we do. We focus on small-group experiences, personalized service, and minimizing our impact on the ecosystems we explore—especially sensitive areas like the bioluminescent bay and coral reefs.
